Compilation of My Food Recipes (Part 6): Tofu and Monggo Sprouts with Oyster Sauce / Bangus Lumpia / Sweet and Sour Tilapia

This is the last part of my compilation of food recipes. This time, I am sharing tofu and monggo sprouts with oyster sauce, bangus lumpia, and sweet and sour tilapia.

Tofu and Monggo Sprouts with Oyster Sauce

This is my first time to cook this. So far it tasted fine.



  • Fry the tofu, then cool down. Slice in cubes.
  • Heat the pan with butter. Add the garlic and onion to stir fry.
  • Add the carrots, fried tofu, and monggo sprouts.
  • Add some oyster sauce, soy sauce, pepper, and sugar.
  • Stir until cooked. Avoid getting overcooked.
  • Serve.


Bangus Lumpia

This is one of specialties. However, it takes a lot of process when preparing.





  • Boil the bangus, and let it cool.
  • Shred the bangus, and set aside.
  • Heat the pan with cooking oil.
  • Sautée the chopped garlic, onions, bell pepper, and pickle relish.
  • Add the shredded bangus, and stir fry.
  • Add pineapple tidbits, raisins, sugar, salt, and pepper.
  • Add some mayonnaise, not the real mayo.
  • Once cooked, set aside.
  • Separate the wrappers from each other.
  • Wrap the bangus mixture. Then fry.
  • Serve.



I love cooking foods with tomato sauce, so I decided to cook this hot and sour tilapia.



  • Heat the pan with cooking oil, then fry the tilapia fish.
  • Once cooked, set aside.
  • Heat the sauce pan.
  • Pour the tomato sauce on the sauce pan, water, carrots, onions, and garlic.
  • Add the pineapple tidbits, salt, pepper, and sugar.
  • Add tomato paste for thickening of the sauce. Cook.
  • Pour the sauce on the fried tilapia fish.
  • Serve.
